Today I’m thankful for my life…and I think you should be as well for your own life. If you want more reasons, you should visit Julia’s blog, named The thank you project.

After I’ve watched an amazing movie (Ladybird, ladybird), I have so many questions with no answer for me. Like: why you’re so disappointed when a friend forgets to call you? you still have so many reasons to smile…and what’s most important, you have a beautiful life and with just a little smile of yours you could make somebody else happy. I should smile often ^.^

1. Get your foundations right - get your underwear sorted and get your silhouette looking beautiful…(I think it’s all about sport/fitness and a healthy life darlings)
2. Get to know your body. Women's bodies change every single day and you are not going to have the same body you did when you were 18, or 20 or 30 (haha…my sweet “big” mirror, were you are? )
3. Start grooming yourself even if it's just five minutes moisturising every day, it will replenish your skin of oils that are essential in making you look good naked and it will also get you used to touching yourself (I use Body Oil Musk and I love it ^.^)
4. Dress for your shape and not the trend - if you know that a pencil is not going to suit you....don't wear it!!! (I know and even if it looks so classy I’ll never wear it…)
5. Work on your confidence - every single woman has some form of body dysmorphia- you are not alone (already feel better ^.^ so darlings BE YOU, you're beautiful no matter what)
